HOUSTON, TEXAS (February 19, 2009) – Unified Energy Services announced today the hiring of Bennett Rowe, Sarah Salinas and Michael Babich. Mr. Rowe will serve as President for the National Commodity Procurement and Demand Response division. Ms. Salinas will serve as Vice President and Mr. Babich will serve as Director of Structuring.
Mr. Rowe is widely respected in the energy consulting business and was one of the first consultants in the deregulated Texas commodity market. In his role as Senior Vice President of Sales at Choice Energy Services Retail, his primary focus was with commercial real estate transactions. He brings more than 20 years of consulting and commodity experience to Unified Energy Services.
Ms. Salinas worked as a teammate with Mr. Rowe at Choice Energy Services Retail, serving in the role of Vice President of Sales. She has more than five years experience in the deregulated commodity consulting industry with a focus on the Texas deregulated market.
Mr. Babich has worked with multiple national consulting firms, most recently as Senior Pricing Manager for Seven Utility Management. In his role as Director of Structuring, he will work with retail energy providers on pricing, contracting and service fulfillment.
Rowe, Salinas and Babich join Michael Harris (President of Unified Energy Group, the holding company for Unified Energy Services) and Kirsty Norvell (Director of Process Management and Contract Administration).
